minsaninfo Co., Ltd. was founded in 2026 as an AI transformation consultancy and software studio.
Most digital transformation fails for reasons that are not technical. A consultancy delivers a report and leaves. A development shop builds exactly what the spec said, without anyone having checked whether the spec was right. The gap between those two is where the project dies.
We put both sides in one team. Whoever runs the diagnosis is on the hook for delivering the system, and whoever builds it has stood on the floor and watched the process. The effect is direct: we do not recommend what we cannot build, and we do not build what nobody will use.
We concentrate on warehouse operations and conversational interfaces. Not because the rest is out of reach, but because judgement worth paying for only comes from working the same ground repeatedly.
